Terms of Service

By using CV Scorer you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they cover usage limits, billing, and your responsibilities as a user.

01

Service Description

CV Scorer provides automated resume analysisby comparing your resume against a job description and generating a compatibility score, recommendations, and action items. The service is provided "as is" and results are advisory — they do not guarantee employment outcomes.

02

Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over. Standard-depth analyses consume 1 credit; enhanced-depth analyses consume 2 credits.

PlanMonthly creditsEffective analyses
Free5 creditsUp to 5 (standard depth only)
Starter20 creditsUp to 20 (standard) or 10 (enhanced)

Billing Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. If payment fails, your account enters a past-due state and access to paid features may be restricted.

04

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use the service to process resumes that you do not have authorization to analyze.

05

Limitation of Liability

CV Scorer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or decisions made based on analysis results.

06

Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CV Scorer, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

07

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
